How Do I Makesure My Heating System is Running Efficiently?
We recommend you should have your boiler and tank inspected annually by an OFTEC- Qualified Heating Engineer
Do you service gas or lpg appliances?
No. We have a qualified subcontracted Engineer who is gas safe registered and can service your Gas and LPG Appliances.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN SMELL OIL?
If you can smell oil there could possibly be a leak, if the smell is strong open windows and doors to ventilate, and then call ourselves so we are able to establish the course of action that needs to be taken. If you are worried until we are able to attend, please turn off the oil by the oil isolation valve located at your Oil Tank.
I HAVE RUN OUT OF OIL WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have run out of oil contact your Oil Supplier as soon as possible. Once your oil has been delivered if your boiler does not restart please give us a call as your system will need to be bled by a Qualified Engineer.

We are Based in York and covering 95% of the YO / HG / LS Postcodes. We also cover a lot of the DL area and Some TS Postcodes. Just give us a call to discuss your requirements and we will be happy to come over to you. We are Heating Specialists so give us a call even if it is just for some advice.
DO I NEED TO TURN OFF MY COOKER/BOILER IF THE ENGINEER IS COMING TO SERVICE IT?
Yes. Turning your boiler off a couple of hours before the Engineer arrives will make their job a lot easier, safer and enable straight forward testing. For Cookers it is essential that the cooker is turned off the night before a service so it has a chance to cool down.
